Job summary

Berkshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced Organisational Development (OD) Partner to join the Leadership and OD team. You will build capability, strengthen leadership and support sustainable cultural and organisational improvement across the Trust.

You will design and deliver evidence-based OD interventions, provide coaching to leaders, and help shape the Leadership and OD Strategy. The role offers flexible working options and a collaborative environment to flourish.

Qualifications

• Change management and evidence-based interventions

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver tailored organisational development interventions to drive sustainable change
• Facilitate strategic conversations, workshops and team development sessions
• Provide expert consultancy and coaching to leaders and managers
• Lead elements of the Trust's Leadership and OD Strategy
• Develop programmes supporting workforce culture and transformation priorities
• Evaluate OD interventions and demonstrate impact
• Build relationships and promote inclusive, engaging culture across the Trust
• Diagnose leadership and team challenges and design data-driven OD solutions
• Lead Trust-wide OD, leadership development and change projects
• Provide coaching and mentoring to leaders and teams, developing internal capability
• Lead organisational change and transformation initiatives
