Job summary

United Lincolnshire Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust is seeking an Organisational Development Lead (Band 7) to drive OD programmes, leadership development, and culture change across the Trust. The role demands senior OD expertise and the ability to partner with clinical and executive teams.

The post offers a fixed-term 12-month contract, hybrid working, and a salary in the region of £49,387–£56,515 per annum. Lincoln-based with NHS pension and flexible working options.

Qualifications

• Highly specialised knowledge in an OD related field to a degree level, or equivalent experience.
• Masters level or equivalent experience in HR/OD is desirable.
• Evidence of continuing professional development in OD, leadership, talent and change management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver OD programmes and interventions to support culture change.
• Support senior leaders and internal stakeholders with OD strategy and execution.
• Design and deliver engagement interventions, staff surveys and leadership development packages.
• Provide expert advice to ensure OD interventions are effective and measurable.
