Job summary

Moorfields Eye Hospital NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a senior OD leader to drive a multi-year Culture Programme, shaping leadership practice, psychological safety and equity of experience. You will guide listening, co-design and priority action, aligning initiatives and developing sustainable ownership across the Trust.

Reporting to the Associate Director of Employee Experience, you will lead a multidisciplinary team and collaborate with clinical and corporate leaders, staff networks, unions

Qualifications

• Significant senior-level experience leading culture or organisational change across multiple levels.
• Expert knowledge of OD theory and consultancy practice with evidence of applying diagnosis, contracting, intervention and evaluation.
• Experience delivering a complex multi-workstream transformation programme with governance, risks and benefits.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Culture Programme’s delivery plan, milestones, resources and benefits.
• Translate diagnostic evidence and priorities into sequenced, measurable workstreams.
• Design and facilitate OD interventions across organisational and team levels.
• Create inclusive engagement and co-design approaches with voices less heard.
• Provide assurance and papers to executive and Board forums.
• Develop measurement and benefits framework using workforce data.
