Busy Bees Rugby is seeking a Senior Nursery Room Leader to oversee multiple rooms and ensure that educational strategies are applied consistently across the centre, delivering high standards of care and learning.

You will mentor Room Leaders, plan and deliver activities, and foster an inclusive, supportive environment while safeguarding all children and building strong relationships with parents.

Qualifications

• Level 3 qualification in early years education.
• Experience in supervisory/leadership roles.
• Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.

What to Expect as a Senior Nursery Room Leader:

• Ensure that educational strategies and practices are consistent across multiple rooms.
• Lead the planning and delivery of activities, adapting the curriculum to meet the diverse needs of the children.

Ideal Candidate:

• Level 3 qualification or above in early years education.
• Experience in an early years setting, with supervisory or leadership experience ideally as a Senior Nursery Room Leader, Senior Nursery Room Manager or Senior Nursery Practitioner.
• Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
• Ability to foster an inclusive and supportive environment for both children and team members.
