Job summary

Busy Bees is seeking a Senior Nursery Room Leader in Corby to oversee multiple rooms, drive educational strategies, and inspire a team to achieve high standards of care and learning.

You will mentor Room Leaders, manage safeguarding and wellbeing, and build strong relationships with families while maintaining compliance with safety protocols. A Level 3+ qualification and leadership experience in early years are essential.

Qualifications

• Level 3 qualification in Early Years or higher.
• Experience leading or supervising staff in an early years setting.
• Strong leadership, organisational and communication abilities.
• Ability to foster an inclusive, supportive environment for children and staff.

Responsibilities

• Ensure educational strategies are consistent across multiple rooms.

Join Busy Bees at our Corby Priors Hall nursery, rated Good by Ofsted, with a capacity of 120 children. Our purpose-built centre is located in the heart of the Priors Hall estate, providing an ideal environment for children to thrive. What To Expect As a Senior Nursery Room Leader

Ideal Candidate

• Level 3 qualification or above in early years education.
• Experience in an early years setting, with supervisory or leadership experience ideally as a Senior Nursery Room Leader, Senior Nursery Room Manager or Senior Nursery Practitioner.
• Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
• Ability to foster an inclusive and supportive environment for both children and team members.
