Job summary

Busy Bees Nurseries in Rugby is seeking a Senior Nursery Room Leader to oversee multiple rooms within an Ofsted-rated Outstanding setting. You will lead the curriculum delivery, mentor Room Leaders, and ensure safeguarding and wellbeing across the centre.

You will drive consistent educational strategies and build strong relationships with parents while promoting a collaborative, high-performing team culture in a busy nursery environment.

Qualifications

• Level 3 qualification or above in early years education.
• Experience in an early years setting with supervisory or leadership experience.
• Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
• Ability to foster an inclusive and supportive environment for both children and team members.

Responsibilities

• Ensure educational strategies are consistent across multiple rooms.
• Lead planning and delivery of activities, adapting the curriculum to meet diverse needs of the children.
• Mentor and develop Room Leaders, promoting a collaborative and high-performing team.
• Oversee the wellbeing and safeguarding of children, making necessary adaptations to support children with additional needs.
• Foster strong relationships with parents, keeping them informed of their child's development.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and safeguarding protocols across the centre.

• Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
• Ability to foster an inclusive and supportive environment for both children and team members.
