Busy Bees is looking for a Senior Nursery Room Leader in Kettering to oversee multiple rooms and drive the Bee Curious curriculum across the centre. You will mentor Room Leaders and ensure safeguarding, high standards, and strong parent communication.

The role focuses on leadership, education delivery, and nurturing a collaborative team culture within a Good-rated nursery.

Qualifications

• Level 3 qualification or above in early years education.
• Experience in an early years setting with supervisory or leadership experience.
• Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
• Ability to foster an inclusive and supportive environment for both children and team members.

Responsabilités

• Ensure that educational strategies and practices are consistent across multiple rooms.
• Lead the planning and delivery of activities, adapting the curriculum to meet the diverse needs of the children.
• Mentor and develop Room Leaders, promoting a collaborative and high-performing team.
• Oversee the wellbeing and safeguarding of children, making necessary adaptations to support children with additional needs.
• Foster strong relationships with parents, keeping them informed of their child's development.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and safeguarding protocols across the centre.

• Ability to foster an inclusive and supportive environment for both children and team members.
