Busy Bees Nurseries in Gateshead is seeking a Senior Nursery Room Leader to oversee multiple rooms and ensure consistent delivery of the Bee Curious curriculum. You will mentor Room Leaders, develop activities, and safeguard children while building strong relationships with families.

Competenze

• Level 3 qualification or above in early years education.
• Experience in an early years setting with supervisory/leadership experience.
• Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to foster an inclusive and supportive environment for both children and team members.

About Our Nursery

Our beautiful Gateshead QE nursery has an Ofsted rating of Good, and has a capacity of 108. We have a dedicated team that has the children at the centre of everything that we do. Bus service linking to city centre Newcastle and close links to A1 and Durham, just a 2-minute walk from the nearest stop, a 5-minute walk from the Low Fell town centre, and located on a main road with great transport links. What To Expect As a Senior Nursery Room Leader

Ideal Candidate

• Level 3 qualification or above in early years education.
• Experience in an early years setting, with supervisory or leadership experience ideally as a Senior Nursery Room Leader, Senior Nursery Room Manager or Senior Nursery Practitioner.
• Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
• Ability to foster an inclusive and supportive environment for both children and team members.
