Job summary

NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde is seeking a Nurse Team Leader to support the Adult Community Nursing Leadership Team in East Dunbartonshire HSCP. You will provide clinical and professional leadership, focusing on District Nursing, and work to deliver safe, person-centred care in the community.

The role is permanent, full-time (36 hours across five shifts, Monday to Friday). You will contribute to quality improvement, collaborate with multidisciplinary colleagues, and help develop high-quality

Qualifications

Registered Nurse with current NMC registration.
Recent community nursing experience.
Clinical leadership experience.
Knowledge of delivering safe, patient-centred care.
Understanding of quality improvement in healthcare.
Ability to provide clinical and professional leadership.
Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

Support the Senior Nurse Manager in delivering safe, effective and person-centred Adult Nursing services.
Provide clinical and professional leadership within the community nursing environment, with a focus on District Nursing.
Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and service development.
Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to promote effective service delivery and positive patient outcomes.
