Job summary

NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde is seeking a Nurse Team Leader to support the Senior Nurse Manager in delivering safe, effective and person-centred Adult Nursing services within East Dunbartonshire HSCP. The role focuses on District Nursing with leadership across the community setting.

You will contribute to quality improvement, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and drive high standards of care while promoting flexible working options aligned to service needs.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
• Relevant community nursing experience.
• Relevant clinical leadership experience.
• Knowledge of delivering safe, effective and person-centred nursing care.
• Understanding of quality improvement approaches in healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Support the Senior Nurse Manager in the delivery of safe, effective and person-centred Adult Nursing services.
• Provide clinical and professional leadership within the community nursing environment, with a specific focus on the District Nursing service.
• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and support the ongoing development and delivery of high-quality community nursing services.
