Job summary

Rexel UK is seeking a Network Strategy Lead (Sales Operations & Property) to shape the branch network by identifying growth opportunities, building investment cases, and delivering approved initiatives. You’ll balance strategic ambition with commercial rigour and translate insights into actionable plans for senior leadership.

• Experience in network planning, location strategy, or estate optimisation.
• Experience assessing M&A opportunities and integration considerations.

Responsibilities

• Identify and quantify white spot opportunities and network optimisation initiatives across the estate.
• Maintain strategic oversight of the network portfolio, tracking progress and outcomes.
• Present evidence-based recommendations and act as the strategic voice for network investments.
• Develop robust business cases including investment appraisal, risk and ROI.
• Lead M&A assessment, with recommendations on network fit and integration considerations.
