Job summary

Falcon Smart IT Limited in London is seeking a Senior Application Support Engineer to maintain enterprise apps built on ASP.NET MVC and .NET 10 with SQL Server. You will provide Level 2/3 support, incident resolution, and minor enhancements, working with development and infrastructure teams.

The role requires strong debugging, logging, and ITSM tooling experience (ServiceNow), plus knowledge of MVC architecture and authentication. Hybrid London-based role with occasional on-call.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience supporting enterprise web apps in production.
• Strong debugging, incident triage and root-cause analysis skills.
• Experience with ASP.NET MVC, .NET 10, SQL Server and front-end tech.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 and Level 3 application support and incident resolution.
• Troubleshoot issues across presentation, business and data-access layers.
• Develop minor enhancements, bug fixes, and configuration changes.
• Collaborate with dev, DB, infra, and business teams.
• Participate in on-call or shift-based support as needed.
