Job summary

Version 1 is seeking an experienced Senior Microsoft .NET Consultant to join our Application Support practice. You will provide Level 3 support for a portfolio of business-critical Microsoft applications, driving stability, security, and performance.

You will collaborate with customers and internal teams, resolve complex issues, deliver enhancements, and contribute to continual service improvement in a managed services environment.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering Level 3 support for business-critical applications.
• Experience with Azure-based applications and managed service environments.
• Strong customer-facing consultancy and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiar with Azure DevOps pipelines and automation opportunities.
• Knowledge of SSIS/ETL processes and integration with third-party systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 3 support for business-critical customer applications.
• Deliver application enhancements, change requests and project work across customer portfolios.
• Investigate and resolve complex incidents, defects and performance issues.
• Work directly with customer stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical advice.
• Act as a senior technical resource across customer accounts and mentor junior consultants.
• Assist with Azure DevOps pipeline maintenance and automation opportunities.
