Job summary

urbanbubble is seeking a Senior Property Manager to oversee a designated portfolio of high-end, large complex sites in a hybrid Manchester role. You will drive service excellence, customer engagement, and reporting to clients while mentoring the Communities Management Team.

The position requires strong knowledge of landlord/tenant law, fire and safety regulations, and ARMA standards, with a proactive, energetic approach. Hybrid work and comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Expert knowledge of Landlord & Tenant, Building Safety, ARMA code, and related regulations for high-rise residential buildings.
• Proactive, dynamic, well-organised with strong time management and communication skills.
• Experience in managing large, multi-site residential portfolios and reporting to clients.

Responsibilities

• Proactively manage a designated portfolio of residential properties to high standards.
• Support and mentor Communities Management Team and junior members.
• Attend meetings (Client, RMC, AGMs, Residents) and produce detailed service charge budgets.
