Job summary

Scanlans Property Management in Manchester seeks a Senior Property Manager to lead a mixed residential block portfolio with a calm, professional approach. You will own delivery of safety, compliance and long-term asset care while building trust with clients, leaseholders and residents.

Working within a supportive team, you’ll manage budgets, service charges and AGMs, coordinate contractors, produce clear reports and drive continuous improvement across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a mixed residential block portfolio with budgets and service charges.
• Knowledge of AGMs and service charge reconciliation.
• Strong communication with leaseholders, residents, and clients.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate maintenance, inspections and budget monitoring.
• Prepare reports and meeting packs for client meetings and AGMs.
• Lead contractor and supplier management to ensure value.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety requirements.
