Job summary

Rendall & Rittner seeks an experienced Senior Property Manager to lead two flagship residential schemes in London. You will be the anchor for residents, developers, and contractors, driving service quality, safety, and asset value with hands-on on-site leadership and monthly collaboration at the head office.

This hybrid role requires two on-site days per week and a monthly return to the Vauxhall head office for cross-functional sharing and best-practice.

Qualifications

• Leads end-to-end management of large residential schemes.
• Strong focus on building safety compliance and audits.
• Excellent stakeholder and resident communications.
• Drives continuous improvement and on-time project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Visit schemes weekly to engage residents and coach on-site teams.
• Manage service charge budgets and financial reporting.
• Ensure statutory building safety compliance and timely audits.
• Oversee contracts and supplier performance with value-driven decisions.
• Plan maintenance and major works with clear communication to all parties.
