Job summary

Beach Baker in the North West region seeks a Commercial Property Manager to lead a diverse portfolio with industrial emphasis. You will nurture fund client relationships, manage service charges, leases, and reporting, and mentor junior staff. The role is based in Manchester/Liverpool with a hybrid work model.

The ideal candidate brings solid commercial property management experience, strong communication, and a proactive, well-organised mindset. MRICS is desirable but not essential.

Qualifications

• Commercial property management experience
• Strong client relationships and communication skills
• Experience managing service charge processes
• A proactive and organised approach to workload management
• Good commercial awareness and market knowledge
• Strong Microsoft Office skills
• Full UK driving licence
• MRICS qualification desirable (not essential)

Responsibilities

• Managing a portfolio of industrial, office, retail and leisure assets
• Building strong relationships with fund clients, occupiers and asset managers
• Managing lease events and occupier matters
• Preparing client reports and delivering exceptional client service
• Managing service charge budgets, reconciliations and approvals
• Overseeing compliance, health & safety and contractor performance
• Supervising site-based staff where required
• Supporting and mentoring junior colleagues
• Taking on increasing client-facing and leadership responsibilities
