Job summary

Millgate is seeking a Senior Professional Services Engineer (4th Line) in Sheffield. You will lead complex infrastructure projects, drive solution design, and handle major incidents for clients and internal systems, mentoring engineers and ensuring ISO9001 and security controls alignment.

The role includes discovery workshops, architectural design, and pre‑sales technical guidance, with travel to customer sites as required. Excellent client communication and project leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Significant experience delivering infrastructure and cloud projects.
• Proven MSP or professional services background.
• Strong Microsoft 365 and Azure implementation experience.

Responsibilities

• Design solutions and lead projects for clients in Sheffield and beyond.
• Deliver complex infrastructure deployments and migrations on time and within scope.
• Act as senior escalation point for major incidents and drive RCA and preventive actions.
