YourRecruit (IT) Ltd is recruiting a Senior Service Desk Engineer for an established MSP client in the UK. This hands-on role requires real ownership of complex issues and service delivery.

You will handle escalations, work closely with clients, and support across London and the South East, including on-site visits as needed. Salary ranges £40,000–£50,000 depending on experience; applicants must be eligible to work in the UK without sponsorship.

Qualificações

• Extensive MSP and third-line support experience.
• Strong ownership and leadership in escalation handling.
• Excellent client communication skills.
• Willingness to be hands-on and collaborative.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical support across service desk, from routine issues to complex escalations.
• Own escalated tickets and drive to resolution.
• Lead as the technical point of contact when issues cannot be escalated.
• Support clients remotely and visit sites in London and the South East.
• Monitor systems and perform maintenance tasks to prevent problems.
• Manage tickets and keep clients updated with progress.
• Document work and meet service levels.
• Identify improvements and potential project work.
• Collaborate with colleagues on installations and changes.
