Job summary

Emplyfy is seeking an experienced IT Service Engineer to join its Managed Service Provider team. The role covers remote and on-site support for high-profile customers, troubleshooting across diverse IT environments, and close customer interaction.

You will handle incidents, maintenance, and service desk workflows, ensuring timely updates and adherence to SLAs. A strong focus on cybersecurity and Microsoft 365 is essential.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years in a similar IT engineering/support role.
• Experience implementing Cyber Essentials and GDPR security standards.
• Strong Microsoft 365 experience including Email, SharePoint, Teams and OneDrive.
• Experience with Intune, RMM and telephone platforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and act as primary customer contact.
• Visit customer premises to resolve incidents and perform maintenance as needed.
• Manage support requests from logging to resolution via the Service Desk tool.
• Communicate progress to customers and adhere to SLA requirements.
• Escalate high-priority incidents when required and coordinate responses.
