Mortgage Matters – Wards of Kent is seeking a Senior Mortgage Advisor to join our team. You’ll meet clients, assess needs, and deliver mortgage solutions with support from local estate partners. Full admin backup helps you focus on advice and client outcomes.

You’ll earn a base of £31,000 with a guaranteed period and have the potential to reach £70,000+ including commission. Role includes a company car or car allowance, 5 days a week (Saturdays included) with one remote day per week, and a

Package Details
Start Date: ASAP
Location: Wards of Kent
Salary: £31,000 with a supporting payment guarantee for a fixed period
Car Allowance: £3,500 or Company Car -
Essential: A full driving license
Realistic Earnings (including commission): £70,000 (uncapped—you’re in control!)
Work Pattern: 5 days a week (including Saturdays, with 2 Saturdays off per month), Monday–Friday: 08.30–17.30, Saturday: 09.00–17.00, Option to work from home 1 day a week!
