Job summary

Regional Recruitment Services seeks a Senior Mortgage Advisor in Basildon to provide expert mortgage guidance, understand client circumstances, and recommend suitable solutions. You’ll work with a steady flow of leads, offering tailored advice and escorting customers through the loan process.

• CAS status or ability to achieve required status.
• Proven experience working as a Mortgage Advisor.

• Commercial awareness and a desire to maximise opportunities.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

Senior Mortgage Advisor BasildonThe Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced Senior Mortgage Advisor to join an established property and financial services environment in the Basildon area.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced mortgage professional who enjoys working with customers, developing relationships and maximising new business opportunities. Youll have access to a strong flow of leads, administrative support and guidance from experienced management, allowing you to focus on advising customers and growing your business.

Package & Benefits

• Start: ASAP

• Location: Basildon

• Salary: £31,000, with a temporary earnings support arrangement

• Car: £3,500 car allowance or company vehicle

• Driving licence: Full UK driving licence required

• Earning potential: Around £65,000 OTE, with uncapped commission

• Working pattern: 5 days per week, including Saturdays, with two Saturdays off per month

• Hours: MondayFriday approximately 08:3017:30; Saturdays approximately 09:0017:00

The Role

As a Senior Mortgage Advisor, you will provide expert mortgage advice to customers, helping them understand their options and find suitable solutions based on their individual circumstances.
