Arun Estate Agencies Ltd in Basildon is seeking a Senior Mortgage Advisor to guide clients to suitable mortgage solutions, meeting them to understand needs and advising on options with strong support from our estate agency team.

The package includes £31,000 base salary with guaranteed payment for a fixed period, a £3,500 car allowance or company car, and realistic earnings of £70,000+ with uncapped commission. Hybrid option available.

Qualifications

• CEMAP 1 qualified (or CAS status) and proven mortgage advisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Meet clients to understand their needs and find suitable mortgage solutions.
• Promote insurance & protection with Legal & General.
• Smash targets and celebrate success.
• Collaborate with estate agents to maximize opportunities and coach colleagues.

Package Details:
Start Date: ASAP
Location: Basildon
Salary: £31,000 with a supporting payment guarantee for a fixed period
Car Allowance: £3,500 or Company Car -
Essential: A full driving license
Realistic Earnings (including commission): £70,000 (uncapped—you’re in control!)
Work Pattern: 5 days a week (including Saturdays, with 2 Saturdays off per month), Monday–Friday: 08.30–17.30, Saturday: 09.00–17.00, Option to work from home 1 day a week!
