Recruitment Solutions for Business (UK) Ltd in Guildford is seeking a Senior Mortgage Advisor to provide expert mortgage advice, meet clients and secure the best solutions. You will work with our Area Mortgage Manager, receive warm leads from our estate agents with full administrative backup; salary up to £35,000pa with a guarantee, car allowance, OTE £60,000pa uncapped, 22 holidays plus bank holidays, pension contributory.

Mon-Fri 9am-6pm.

Qualifications

• CEMAP 3 qualified or CAS status and proven mortgage advisory experience.
• Driving licence essential.
• Passionate about helping people secure their dream home.

Responsibilities

• Meet clients to understand their needs and find their best mortgage solutions.
• Promote insurance and protection with the whole of market products.
• Work with our estate agency team to maximise opportunities and support and coach colleagues for success.
• Engage existing clients to generate new business.
• Collaborate with lenders for the best deals.
• Stay compliant with FCA guidelines for peace of mind and reassurance.

As a Senior Mortgage Advisor, you will be drawing on your wisdom and knowledge to make sure all clients get the best advice and support to achieve their dreams.

With your Area Mortgage Manager by your side, you'll have all the support you need. You will receive warm leads from our amazing Estate Agents with full administrative backup.

The Senior Mortgage Advisor Package:

• Salary up to £35,000pa with a supporting payment guarantee for a fix period
• Car Allowance Negotiable at interview
• Realistic OTE £60,000pa uncapped
• 5 days a week Monday to Friday 9am-6pm
• 22 holidays plus bank holidays
• Pension Contributory
