Job summary

Recruitment Solutions for Business (UK) Ltd in the Thanet area of Kent is seeking a Senior Mortgage Advisor to meet clients, understand their needs and provide the best mortgage solutions. You will receive admin support and warm leads from estate agents, with an option to work from home one day per week.

The role requires CeMAP 1 (or CAS) and proven mortgage advisory experience, a focus on targets, and compliance with FCA guidelines.

• Excellent client-facing skills and relationship-building are essential.
• Compliance with FCA guidelines is required for peace of mind.

Responsibilities

• Meet clients to understand their needs and propose suitable mortgage solutions.
• Promote insurance & protection with Legal & General.
• Achieve targets and celebrate success.
• Collaborate with estate agency team to maximise opportunities and coach colleagues for success.
• Engage existing clients to generate new business.
• Work with lenders to secure the best deals.
• Stay compliant with FCA guidelines.

As a Senior Mortgage Advisor in this excellent office in the Thanet area of Kent you'll be there for your customers, drawing on your wisdom and knowledge making sure they get the best advice and support to achieve their dreams!

And with the Area Mortgage Manager by your side, you'll have all the support you need to be the best you can be!

You'll receive warm leads from the amazing Estate Agents, and with full administrative backup, you can focus on what you do best: helping customers!

The Senior Mortgage Advisor Package:

• Salary £31,000pa
• Plus supporting payment guarantee for a fixed period
• Car Allowance £3,500 or Company Car
• Realistic OTE £70,000pa (uncapped)
• 5 days a week (inc Sat, with 2 Sat off per month), Mon-Fri: 08.30-17.30
• Sat: 09.00-17.00
• Option to work from home 1 day a week!

Dedicated admin support Guaranteed up to 15 appointments per week
