Job summary

Mortgage Matters – Wards of Kent in the Thanet area is seeking a proactive mortgage adviser to join our team. Start ASAP with a base salary of £27,000 and a £2,500 car allowance; realistic earnings can reach up to £65,000 with commission.

You will help clients find suitable mortgage and protection options, work with estate agents to generate fresh leads, and build lasting relationships. This is a five‑day-per-week role with two Saturdays off per month in a fast‑paced, supportive team.
