• Act as SME on mobile performance within NQCXI.
• Lead analysis and provide insights on core performance deviations.
• Conduct end-to-end trace analysis to identify root causes.
• Provide regular core network performance reporting.
• Mentor junior analysts and reporting teams.
• Support benchmarking and supplier performance initiatives.
