Job summary

Vodafone UK is seeking a Senior Delivery Manager to lead the end-to-end deployment of RAN sites across London and Newbury, in a hybrid working model.

You will collaborate with delivery partners, manage budgets and timelines, and ensure health and safety standards while aligning with business objectives. Your technical oversight will drive customer experience and network growth across the Nations Network.

Qualifications

• Experience in RAN deployment programmes with multiple contracts.
• Technical expertise in site deployment design, acquisition, or build.
• Ability to lead, solve problems and collaborate across teams; data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end delivery of RAN sites from nomination to operations transfer.
• Collaborate with delivery partners to design, acquire, build and activate RAN sites.
• Engage with supporting teams to align with project and business objectives.
• Ensure Health & Safety obligations and regulatory compliance.
