Job summary

Vodafone Group Plc is seeking a data analytics professional to support the fixed broadband performance insights and reporting within the Network Quality CX and Insight team. You will contribute to weekly performance tracking and analytics tasks, aiding improvements in customer experience and operational efficiency.

The role requires strong Excel skills, Power BI/Tableau experience, and SQL knowledge, with a focus on data quality and actionable insights.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills with ability to derive insights from complex data
• Proficiency in Excel and data visualisation tools (Power BI/Tableau)
• SQL or other data-querying skills desirable
• Experience producing KPI reports and dashboards

Responsibilities

• Perform regular reporting and trend analysis of Fixed KPIs.
• Track and report on progress of quality improvement initiatives.
• Support the Fixed Performance Lead with data analysis and insights.
• Identify new sources of customer insight and feedback.
• Maintain and evolve weekly fixed performance reporting tools and dashboards.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure data accuracy and relevance.
• Assist automation and transformation initiatives within analytics.
• Support ad-hoc analysis and deep dives into CX metrics.
• Ensure high data quality across reporting outputs.
