VodafoneThree is seeking a senior mobile core network expert to join the UK Networks team. The role focuses on analysing core network performance, driving end-to-end trace analysis, and delivering actionable insights to improve customer experience across the country.

You will mentor junior analysts, coordinate with Networks engineering forums, and support benchmarking initiatives while contributing to strategy and planning in a hybrid London/Newbury environment.

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of Core network architecture and performance monitoring.
• Strong analytical capability to interpret performance data.
• Experience mentoring technical teams and communicating across levels.
