Job summary

VodafoneThree is seeking a Fixed Performance Specialist to deliver weekly insights, dashboards and analytics for fixed broadband performance. You’ll support the Fixed Performance Lead, drive improvements across the fixed network and help translate data into actionable customer-focused outcomes.

The role requires strong data analytics, Excel and BI skills, with experience in KPI reporting, automation and data quality. Hybrid work is available across London or Newbury.

Qualifications

• Experience in data analytics, performance reporting or BI.
• Strong knowledge of fixed broadband services and KPIs.
• Strong analytical skills to identify trends and insights.
• Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools.
• Experience with SQL or data querying.
• Experience producing KPI reports and dashboards.
• Focus on data quality and accuracy, with process improvement ability.
• Automation and programming aptitude (Python, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Perform regular reporting and trend analysis of Fixed KPIs.
• Track and report progress of quality improvement initiatives.
• Support the Fixed Performance Lead with data analysis and insights.
• Proactively identify new sources of customer insight and feedback.
• Maintain and evolve weekly fixed performance dashboards and tools.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure data accuracy and relevance.
• Contribute to automation and transformation initiatives within analytics.
• Support ad-hoc analysis requests and deep dives into customer metrics.
• Maintain high standards of data quality across reporting outputs.
