Job summary

Arcadis seeks an experienced Associate ML Project Manager to lead ML liquid cooling and electrical infrastructure upgrades on a Google Data Centre project in the EMEA region. You will oversee the ML project lifecycle from contractor appointment through commissioning, coordinating cross-functional teams across mechanical, electrical and fibre scopes.

The role requires strong M&E project experience, excellent communication, and the ability to travel internationally, including Finland or Norway,

Qualifications

• Experience with large-scale M&E projects and DC fit-out.
• Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Willingness to travel internationally for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the ML lifecycle from contractor appointment to commissioning.
• Coordinate cross-functional interfaces with mechanical, electrical and fibre scopes.
• Manage change orders and risk through the SPC and cost/schedule processes.
• Ensure timely delivery of ML infrastructure and commissioning milestones.
