Job summary

Arcadis, a leading design, engineering and consultancy firm, seeks an Associate ML Project Manager to oversee ML liquid cooling and electrical upgrades on a Google Data Centre in EMEA. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage contractor engagement and drive successful project delivery.

The role requires a strong M&E background, data centre fit-out experience, and willingness to travel internationally (Finland/Norway).

Qualifications

• Experience with large-scale M&E projects in data centre fit-outs or construction.
• Ability to oversee complex site-specific configurations and coordinate with supply chain teams.
• Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., BIM 360, Google Workspace).
• Willingness to commit to significant international travel.

Responsibilities

• Manage the change order process with the resident SPC, ensuring all mechanical, electrical and fibre scope is captured during initial cost and schedule agreements.
• Manage the SPC ML infrastructure installation and schedule, including regular milestone communications to cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate logistics of materials from integrator and OFE suppliers to meet the project schedule.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with delivering ML infrastructure.
• Coordinate interfaces with main DC fit-out, including HAC completion dates and power & cooling availability.
• Coordinate with fibre infrastructure team to ensure ML needs are met.
• Ensure ML scope is managed and executed by the SPC with dedicated management and labour.
• Coordinate ML M&E commissioning up to CDU CX complete and assist DCOps thereafter.
• Regularly report ML project risks, dates and milestones to DCS PgM and client teams.
• Complete lessons learned log and share with client teams.
