Job summary

Arcadis seeks an experienced Associate ML Project Manager to lead ML liquid cooling and electrical infrastructure upgrades on a Google Data Centre in EMEA, with rotations to Finland or Norway. You can be based 100% in the country, or travel internationally (11/3 day rotations).

You will manage the ML project lifecycle from contractor appointment through commissioning, coordinate cross-functional interfaces, and report risks and progress to client teams and the DCS PgM group.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large-scale DC fit-out and commissioning projects.
• Ability to manage technical disciplines across M&E and electrical systems.
• Proven forecasting and logistics planning for complex builds.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ML infrastructure installation and commissioning on a Google Data Centre.
• Coordinate interfaces with DC build teams, fibre, and power/cooling availability.
• Manage changes and risks across scope, schedule and cost.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration and regular reporting to stakeholders.
