Job summary

Arcadis seeks an Associate ML Project Manager to lead ML liquid cooling and electrical upgrades on a Google Data Centre in EMEA. Role involves DC construction, commissioning, and cross-functional collaboration, with potential 100% UK base or significant travel to Finland/Norway.

Mechanical bias preferred but electrical knowledge needed. You will oversee the full ML lifecycle, coordinate with DCNICon fibre teams, manage suppliers, and report risks and progress to the PgM team and client

Qualifications

• Extensive experience with large-scale data centre builds and refurbishments.
• Proven track record in M&E/Cx commissioning and risk management.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional interfaces and supply chains.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ML infrastructure installation within the DC fit-out and commissioning lifecycle.
• Manage change orders, schedules, and critical milestones with cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate with fibre, power, cooling, and HVAC to ensure timely delivery.
