Job summary

Arcadis is seeking an Associate ML Project Manager to lead ML liquid cooling and electrical upgrades on a Google Data Centre in EMEA. The role involves significant international travel (Finland/Norway) and coordination across M&E disciplines for large-scale DC projects.

The ideal candidate has DC fit-out experience, can manage cross-functional teams, and will oversee the full ML project lifecycle from planning to commissioning.

Qualifications

• An in-depth understanding of large-scale technical projects and construction techniques.
• Ability to manage technical disciplines across M&E and related fit-out.
• Experience with data centre new build and refurbishment projects, preferably hyperscale.
• Ability to commit to significant international travel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ML project lifecycle from contractor appointment through commissioning.
• Manage ML infrastructure scope including mechanical, electrical, and fibre.
• Coordinate schedules, milestones, and cross-functional teams to deliver on time.
• Monitor risks, communicate updates to client teams, and log lessons learned.
• Ensure interfaces with DC fit-out build, power, and cooling availability are aligned.
