Job summary

Arcadis is seeking an Associate ML Project Manager to lead a major data centre upgrade in the EMEA region, with potential travel to Finland and Norway. The role focuses on ML liquid cooling and electrical infrastructure within a DC fit-out, requiring strong M&E experience and the ability to drive cross-functional teams.

You will oversee the project lifecycle from contractor appointment to commissioning, coordinate interfaces with fibre and DC teams, and report regularly on risks and progress to

Qualifications

• Experience with large-scale DC projects and construction techniques.
• Ability to manage multiple technical disciplines.
• Experience on Data Centre new builds/refurbishments, preferably hyperscale.
• Willingness to commit to significant international travel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full ML project lifecycle from contractor appointment through commissioning.
• Coordinate cross-functional interfaces with mechanical, electrical and fibre teams.
• Manage change orders with the resident SPC and localise full scope.
• Maintain regular communications on milestones to cross-functional teams.
• Report risks, dates and updates to DCS PgM and client teams.
• Compile and share lessons learned with the client teams.
