Job summary

Arcadis is seeking an experienced Associate ML Project Manager to lead ML-driven infrastructure upgrades on a Google Data Centre project in the EMEA region. You will oversee the lifecycle from contractor appointment to commissioning, coordinating mechanical, electrical and fibre scopes.

Based in the UK with potential international travel to Finland or Norway (11/3 day rotations), you will manage cross-functional teams and maintain schedules, budgets and risk registers, ensuring delivery to time

Qualifications

• Strong technical background in M&E systems and DC fit-out and Cx projects.
• Ability to oversee complex site-specific configurations and coordinate supply chain.
• Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools (BIM 360, Google Workspace).
• Excellent organisational and communication skills, with forecasting and logistics planning ability.

Responsibilities

• Manage the change order process with the resident SPC, ensuring full mechanical, electrical and fibre scope is captured.
• Oversee the SPC ML works schedule and communicate milestones to cross-functional teams.
• Control the ML infrastructure installation scope to minimise changes during execution.
• Coordinate logistics of materials from integrators and internal suppliers to meet the SPC schedule.
• Identify and mitigate risks related to delivering ML infrastructure.
• Coordinate interfaces with DC fit-out milestones and power/cooling availability.
• Work with fibre team to ensure fibre scope meets ML needs.
• Ensure ML scope is managed independently of main scope with dedicated SPC labour.
• Lead ML M&E commissioning through L3 CDU CX completion and support DCOps post.
• Provide regular risk/date updates to DCS PgM and client teams; document lessons learned.
