Job summary

Arcadis is seeking an Associate ML Project Manager to lead ML upgrades on a Google Data Centre project in EMEA, with significant international travel to Finland or Norway. The role requires DC fit-out and commissioning experience and a mechanical bias alongside electrical knowledge.

You will oversee the ML lifecycle from contractor appointment through commissioning, coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring milestones are met across global sites.

Qualifications

• Strong background in M&E systems with DC fit-out and Cx projects.
• Experience delivering hyperscale data centre projects.
• Ability to travel internationally for extended periods.
• Excellent collaboration and communication across cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage complex site configurations and coordinate with supply chains.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ML infrastructure installation, coordinating mechanical, electrical, and fibre scopes.
• Manage ML works schedule and communicate milestones to teams.
• Control change orders with resident SPC, minimizing delivery risk.
• Coordinate logistics of materials from internal and external suppliers.
• Identify and mitigate risks to ML project delivery.
• Interface with DC fit-out build dates and power/cooling availability.
• Coordinate with fibre team to meet ML needs.
• Ensure ML scope is managed independently from main scope.
• Lead ML M&E commissioning up to CDU CX and support DCOps later.
• Provide regular risk/date updates to DCS PgM and client teams.
• Document lessons learned and share with client teams.
