Aveni is hiring a Senior ML Engineer (FinLLM / NLP) to develop, fine-tune and deploy production-scale language models for regulated financial services. You will work with an cross-functional team to shape ML direction, MLOps practices, and robust NLP pipelines.

Qualifications

• Significant experience building, training and deploying ML models.
• Strong Python skills with NumPy, Pandas, SciPy and frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Experience with large-scale unstructured data.
• Experience building production-ready NLP systems.
• Familiarity with API integrations and data pipelines.
• Experience with Git and Agile development.
• Cloud experience (AWS preferred).
• Experience with containers and orchestration tools.

Responsabilités

• Build and optimise LLM-powered systems.
• Architect, fine-tune and optimise ML models including LLMs and traditional ML.
• Experiment with Transformers and Mixture-of-Experts.
• Apply efficient training/fine-tuning methods (LoRA).
• Develop scalable AI systems and production NLP pipelines.
• Ensure low latency, high availability, and cloud integration.
• Lead data governance for large datasets and privacy standards.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship.
