Aveni is seeking a hands-on Senior AI Software Engineer with strong full-stack experience to build and ship AI-powered products into production, leveraging FinLLM (the UK's first LLM for Financial Services) and other LLMs. You won't build or train

You'll own features end-to-end across backend, frontend, and cloud infrastructure, developing scalable systems and ensuring production readiness with observability and CI/CD.

Qualifications

• Extensive software engineering background with production AI apps.
• Hands-on with Node.js, TypeScript and modern React.
• Experience with prompt engineering and AI tooling.
• Knowledge of AWS, microservices, observability.

Responsibilities

• Build AI-powered products integrating LLMs and RAG into processes.
• Design systems, prompts, and tooling for production reliability.
• Develop scalable microservices and React frontends.
• Uphold best practices: tests, CI/CD, monitoring.
