Aveni is redefining how financial institutions use AI, building production-ready agentic systems that streamline banks, advisers, and asset managers.

The team delivers end-to-end AI-enabled products, from model selection and prompt orchestration to monitoring, observability, and regulatory compliance.

We seek a hands-on Senior AI Software Engineer with strong full-stack skills to ship AI-powered solutions using FinLLM and other LLMs in production.

Qualifications

• Extensive software engineering background, building and running production AI apps.
• Hands-on experience with Node.js, TypeScript, and production React.
• Experience with prompt engineering, agentic workflows, RAG, and LLM integration.
• Knowledge of AI evaluation, monitoring, and observability frameworks.
• Deep understanding of AWS, cloud-native engineering, APIs, and integration patterns.
• Experience with microservices and distributed architectures.
• Commitment to clean code, testing, and CI/CD.

Responsibilities

• Build production-ready AI-powered products integrating LLM capabilities and agentic workflows.
• Select models, orchestrate prompts, design systems, and implement AI tooling.
• Design evaluation, monitoring, and observability for production readiness.
• Develop scalable, event-driven microservices and APIs using Node.js/TypeScript.
• Build modern React frontends to integrate AI into customer workflows.
• Architect cloud-native systems on AWS (Lambda, ECS/Fargate, API Gateway, DynamoDB).
• Implement microservices with strong operational controls for financial products.
• Uphold engineering best practices: clean code, automated testing, CI/CD.
• Diagnose production issues related to reliability, latency, and cost.
• Mentor engineers and collaborate with product teams to deliver features.
