Qualifications

• 10+ years of engineering experience including AI/ML in production.
• Strong technical leadership with architectural decision-making.
• Deep hands-on experience with AI/LLM and production tooling.
• Expertise in Node.js and cloud-native development on AWS.
• Experience mentoring engineers and shaping engineering culture.

Responsibilities

• Set technical direction for squad and own architectural decisions.
• Drive adoption of AI coding tools across the SDLC, from planning through deployment.
• Deliver production-grade code across the full stack: Node.js/Python backends, event-driven AWS, React where needed.
• Mentor engineers and foster reusable platform components.
• Ensure compliance and auditable quality aligned with FCA-regulated financial services.
