Job summary

Anduril Industries is a defense tech company building autonomous systems and mission software. As a Mission Software Engineer on the Maneuver Dominance team, you’ll tackle networking, autonomy, and robotics challenges, delivering robust software that integrates with Ghost and Altius platforms.

You will work with pilots and vehicle teams, mentor engineers, and travel up to 20% to validate capabilities in real-world environments, driving critical outcomes with a pragmatic, high-quality approach.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to build and deliver complex software systems.
• Experience leading technical projects to production.
• Ability to quickly understand and navigate large codebases.
• Willingness to obtain and maintain UK security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Own feature development and software solutions deployed to customers from concept to deployment.
• Write code to improve products and scale mission capability for more customers.
• Collaborate across teams to plan, build, and test complex functionality.
• Create and analyze metrics for debugging and monitoring.
