Job summary

Anduril Industries UK seeks a Lead Mission Software Engineer on the Connected Warfare team to architect third-party integrations with Anduril products and solve a wide range of technical problems. You will set the bar for technical excellence and drive end-to-end delivery with a pragmatic, scalable approach.

The role focuses on building connectors, APIs, and data pipelines while ensuring high-quality outcomes in customer environments and critical defense programs.

Qualifications

• Strong engineering background in CS/SE/Math/Physics.
• 6+ years with Java, Python, C++, Rust, Go, and JavaScript.
• 2+ years in a technical lead or people manager role.

Responsibilities

• Champion Anduril capabilities within a customer environment.
• Develop architecture and mission vignettes.
• Iterate on core data mesh technology for degraded networks.
• Develop connectors and APIs to integrate with Lattice.
• Deploy software to non-standard environments.
• Create data flow pipelines across networks and security domains.
