Job summary

Anduril UK is seeking a Lead Mission Software Engineer for the Connected Warfare team in London. You will architect third-party systems to integrate with Anduril products, solving a wide range of technical challenges while delivering capable, end-to-end software solutions for critical missions.

You will set technical standards, drive architectural decisions, and collaborate with customers to ensure dependable, scalable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Strong engineering background in CS, software engineering, mathematics, or physics.
• At least 2+ years as technical lead or people manager of software engineers.
• Experience building data-intensive software solutions.
• Ability to navigate complex systems and established code bases.
• Experience working in a customer-facing role.
• Willingness to travel to client sites.
• Eligible for SC Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Architect third-party systems to integrate with Anduril products.
• Develop architecture and mission vignettes.
• Iterate on data mesh tech for degraded networks.
• Develop connectors and APIs for legacy and modern systems.
• Deploy software to non-standard environments.
• Create data pipelines across networks and security domains.
