Job summary

Anduril Industries in the UK is seeking a Lead Mission Software Engineer on the Connected Warfare team to architect third‑party systems and deliver mission‑critical capabilities such as Counter Intrusion and Joint All Domain Command & Control.

You will drive architectural decisions, build data‑mesh connectors, and ensure high‑quality, scalable delivery for customers across complex networks. Expect travel to client sites and a strong focus on impactful software.

Qualifications

• Strong engineering background in CS/SE/Math/Physics.
• At least 6+ years programming experience in Java, Python, C++, Rust, Go, JavaScript.
• At least 2+ years as technical lead or people manager.
• Experience with data processing and analysis.
• Willingness to travel to client sites and eligible for SC clearance.

Responsibilities

• Champion for Anduril capabilities within customer environments.
• Develop architecture and mission vignettes.
• Iterate on data mesh tech for degraded networks.
• Develop connectors and APIs to integrate with Lattice.
• Deploy software to non-standard environments.
• Create data flow pipelines across networked systems and security domains.
