Job summary

Anduril Industries in London is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to lead capability development on Thunder. You will ensure the mission system delivers end-user value in challenging environments and operate with velocity to deliver new designs within months.

You will own and develop the system architecture, perform decomposition, and guide the technical performance measures across design reviews, shaping the product from concept to execution in a lean, high-ownership culture.

Qualifications

• Experience in systems engineering for complex defense systems.
• Ability to apply Agile engineering practices to fast-moving development.
• Strong focus on architecture, decomposition, and system descriptions.

Responsibilities

• Execute a right-sized, Agile Systems Engineering approach for Thunder Mission System development.
• Support TPM evolution throughout the design process.
• Contribute to SDRs, PDRs, CDRs, TRRs and Safety Reviews as the Systems Engineering lead.
