Job summary

boxxe is seeking a Senior Microsoft Operations Specialist to ensure Microsoft agreements, renewals, orders, and submissions are accurate, compliant and timely. You will be the subject matter expert for Microsoft operational processes, supporting the team with complex queries and continuous improvement.

You will collaborate with licensing, solutions, sales and finance to deliver a smooth customer experience and support multi-million-pound Microsoft licensing agreements.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Microsoft Operations or licensing role.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft licensing programs and processes.
• Proficient with Microsoft procurement and ordering systems.
• Excellent attention to detail for complex information.
• Strong organisational skills to manage priorities.

Responsibilities

• Act as senior point of contact for Microsoft Operations and provide guidance.
• Process and oversee Microsoft orders, renewals and submissions.
• Use Microsoft licensing systems to resolve queries.
• Support the team with complex operational questions.
• Monitor SLAs and milestones to ensure timely tasks.
• Maintain accurate internal records of agreements.
• Perform quality checks on submissions to reduce errors.
• Liaise with Finance for invoice reconciliation.
• Deliver training and coaching to new and existing staff.
• Update operational guides reflecting process changes.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and controls.
• Support Compliance Manager with reporting and insights.
• Provide support to the team as needed.
