Job summary

Bytes Group is seeking a Senior License Services Analyst based in Leatherhead or Reading, offering a hybrid working model. This role involves creating and analysing Microsoft 365 and Azure optimisation reports, ensuring quality and clarity in customer communications.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience in licensing and cloud services along with strong analytical skills. Essential qualifications include GCSEs and A-Levels, complemented by expertise in tools such as Power BI and Microsoft admin portals. The position requires effective communication and reporting capabilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 GCSEs including Maths & English.
• A-Levels or equivalent preferred.
• Experience as Lead Consultant or Senior Consultant for over 2 years.

Responsibilities

• Create and review Microsoft 365 and Azure optimisation reports.
• Analyse Microsoft 365 and Azure data for cost-saving opportunities.
• Produce clear customer recommendations in understandable formats.
• Support creation and delivery of customer presentations.
